SUBJECT: in.ftpd missing

I am tryng to set up my PS2 Linux box as an FTP server. I've un-commented ftp from inetd.conf and restarted inetd, and can now get connected to FTP, but get immediately disconnected. Looking in /var/log/secure I see the problem is that the FTP daemon does not exist:

Jun 25 08:11:39 proteus in.ftpd[595]: error: cannot execute /usr/sbin/in.ftpd: No such file or directory

And, indeed, /usr/sbin does not have that file:

[root@proteus sbin]# ls /usr/sbin/in.*
/usr/sbin/in.fingerd /usr/sbin/in.rexecd /usr/sbin/in.telnetd
/usr/sbin/in.identd /usr/sbin/in.rlogind /usr/sbin/in.tftpd
/usr/sbin/in.ntalkd /usr/sbin/in.rshd
/usr/sbin/in.ppxp /usr/sbin/in.talkd

Since others in this forum have been able to get FTP working, I'm assuming that I should have this file? Any ideas on how to get it? Can I extract it from the installation CD-ROM?

Thanks,

Dave.
