SUBJECT: PS2 Diskless Client

Hello im having problems getting the Ps2 diskless client to work (link: http://playstation2-linux.com/projects/diskless/). Now i have followed the directions line for line and have repeated the steps more then once to make sure i was not making ANY mistakes.

What works:

Well i could boot off the memory card as said in the README file.

What doesnt:

Now when i try to boot of the network through NFS, i get as far mounting root (read only) {dont know why it's only read only,since i followed the readme file}, after that i get a;
nfs: server 192.168.2.3 is not responding (this keeps repeating)

I really dont know what's wrong since i could mount the share when i boot the ps2 linux with the hard drive. Now the share on the NFS has ALL the files from the / ps2 hard drive.

So what am i doing wrong and has ANYONE got this to work?

Also somewhat off topic but what's the best way to copy the entire / files ?

Thank You
