SUBJECT: eth0 - not getting 100Mb throughput
I have my PS2 and ThinkPad, networked together using a Linksys router. I have used the updated smap.o drivers and everything works OK but I cannot get the interface running at 100Mb. A file transfer with sftp from ThinkPad->PS2 runs at 1.3MB/s which is 10TX speed.
Both machines report the inteface running at 100TX full duplex, MTU is 1492 which is consistent with the router.
