Project Description: Audio Engine is a API that allows the user to call simple functions such as 'PlaySound' to add sound effects to their projects. Allows upto 16 voices to play at once, each voice having it's own volume and left/right settings. As the API grows, things such as effects like low/high passes, reverb, echo etc will be added based on what users would like.
