Notes:
Made a couple of updates to allow suspending of interrupts and to allowing finer-grain performance counting as well as mapping of uncached accelerated memory.
Changes:
* Supports toggling between user and supervisor mode.
* Enables EI/DI instructions on request.
* Supports map & remap of UCAB memory as well as cached and uncached.
