Notes:
This file is intended to be copied to your memory card used for PS2 Linux and used while converting your hard-drive to the APA Partition system. Thereafter, it can be useful for emergency recovery.
I started with Andrew Church's initfs and made the following changes:
- Added fdisk, ping, ftp and ps2fdisk 0.9-3
- Changed keyboard layout to US
- Included SMAP patch
